By visiting Jungle Reef Aquarium, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in interactive exhibits and animal encounters at Jungle Reef Aquarium involves inherent risks. These risks may include but are not limited to slips, falls, allergic reactions, and interactions with marine life. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my visit.

Rules and Guidelines

I agree to follow all posted rules, guidelines, and instructions from Jungle Reef staff. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the premises without refund.

Photography and Recordings

I grant Jungle Reef permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings of me and my party taken during our visit for promotional purposes without compensation.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Jungle Reef staff to secure medical treatment for me or my minor children if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Jungle Reef Aquarium, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all liability for any injury, loss, or damage connected in any way with my visit.

For Parents/Guardians

I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minors in my party and agree to these terms on their behalf. I understand that I am responsible for supervising minors in my care at all times during our visit.

By purchasing tickets and entering Jungle Reef Aquarium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. For interactive animal encounters and certain special experiences, a signed physical waiver may be required upon arrival.

Common questions about our waiver policy

Do I need to sign a waiver for general admission?

No, the general waiver is agreed to upon ticket purchase. However, certain interactive experiences require a separate signed waiver.

Can I fill out the waiver before my visit?

Yes, you can download and print the waiver from our website, or complete it electronically through your confirmation email.

Do children need a separate waiver?

Children under 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian. The adult signing is responsible for the child's supervision.

How long is a signed waiver valid?

Signed waivers are valid for one year from the date of signing. For annual pass holders, we recommend signing a new waiver annually.
